A very useful tool is available to ANYONE who has been a victim of "Internet Crime" or has received an E-Mail that is an attempt to commit a fraud. That tool is a website called the "Internet Crime Complaint Center." Through this site, a person can report a crime or an attempted fraud. The website address is  ----  www.ic3.gov  ---- There is also a ton of information available through the site and it is fairly simple to navigate.
