A Felony Arrest warrant has been issued for Henry Joseph Foos charging him with First Degree Escape, DUI and Simple Assault on a Public Officer.

Foos is a white male, 36 years of age, approximately 6’00” tall, 200 pounds, brown hair with hazel eyes. Foos may or may not be wearing glasses.

Foos is believed to be in or around the Rapid City area.
