Vehicle Theft Chadron(Recovered 07/13/2009 Florida)

Sometime Between May 5th and May 8, 2009 unknown persons took a White 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid bearing Nebraska license plate 69B809. The vehicle was parked in the alley on the residential side of the 900 Block of Chadron Avenue with the keys left inside. Anyone with information leading to the recovery of the vehicle or person(s) involved is urged to contact Crimestoppers at 308-432-0519. Individuals calling Crimestoppers can remain anonymous. Sgt. J. AKA’S: Angela Hales, Angela Birt

Angela has been missing since the morning of June 4th, 2008. According to her husband, she may be suicidal. She left her residence in the family suburban which is registered to Cheyenne Orthodontics. Her purse, cell phone and wallet were left behind. She has a small scar above her left eye and usually wears a silver necklace with a single black stone. A Felony Arrest warrant has been issued for Henry Joseph Foos charging him with First Degree Escape, DUI and Simple Assault on a Public Officer.

Foos is a white male, 36 years of age, approximately 6’00” tall, 200 pounds, brown hair with hazel eyes. Foos may or may not be wearing glasses.

Foos is believed to be in or around the Rapid City area.

If you observe this subject or have any knowledge of his whereabouts, please do not approach.
